As it turns out, life is unpredictable! Ups and downs, highs and lows, joys and hardships. How we make sense of these "Changing Seasons" will determine a big part of how we see our life's purpose. No matter what kind of season you are in right now, follow me in this conversation to think about four aspects of how we approach what Ecclesiastes 3 calls the "times" of life:

EVERYONE GOES THROUGH SEASONS
SEASONS ARE NOT FOREVER
ALL SEASONS SERVE A PURPOSE
GOD IS ULTIMATELY SCRIPTING EACH SEASON

When it's all said and done, having a correct understanding about why God is allowing certain things to happen to and around you is very important! If you take anything from this episode, let it be that God is trustworthy to script your entire life because is is altogether sovereign AND good!

Proverbs 20:5 (TPT) - “A man of deep understanding will give good advice, drawing it out from the well within.”

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (CSB) - “There is an occasion for everything, and a time for every activity under heaven”

James 4:14 (TPT) - “But you don’t have a clue what tomorrow may bring. For your fleeting life is but a warm breath of air that is visible in the cold air only for a moment and then vanishes.”

Jeremiah 29:11 (CSB) - “For I know the plans I have for you — this is the LORD’S declaration — “plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

Acts 17:26 (CBS) - “From one man he has made every nationality to live over the whole earth and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of where they live.”

Romans 8:28 (CSB) - We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.”
